33bdw Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 33bdw platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 33bdw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access and use of the 33bdw online betting and casino services available at 33bdw.app and any associated pages or services. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not create an account or place any wagers. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are posted.
Important: 33bdw provides online betting and casino entertainment services. Gambling involves financial risk. You should only bet amounts you can afford to lose. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
2. Definitions
The 33bdw website at 33bdw.app, including all associated pages, services, tools, and content made available to registered users.
A personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which they can deposit funds, place bets, access games, and request withdrawals.
Any stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, crash game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
Real-money balances held in a User's account, comprising deposited amounts and any winnings credited to the account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that 33bdw may require Users to complete before withdrawing funds or at any time deemed necessary by the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To register an account and use the 33bdw Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bdw strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned where lawful to do so.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number. Any false information provided constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not already hold an existing account on the Platform. Each User is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds in excess of original deposits may be forfeited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered and operated by the named account holder only. Allowing any other person to access or operate your account is a breach of these Terms.
- Online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
33bdw reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
21+ Requirement: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the 33bdw Platform. Any person who knowingly allows a minor to use their account or who registers on behalf of a minor will have their account permanently closed and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Account Management
Each individual User may register and maintain only one account on the 33bdw Platform. If 33bdw determines that a User holds more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, all accounts may be suspended and balances in excess of original net deposits may be forfeited. Any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any other person or allow any other person to access your account. 33bdw will never request your password via any communication channel including email, telephone or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 33bdw immediately by contacting [email protected].
33bdw reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where verification is required by internal compliance procedures. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Processing withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Your account information must remain accurate and up to date at all times; if your information changes, you must update it promptly.
33bdw reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated systems or bots, or any other conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other users. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method after deducting any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 33bdw Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. 33bdw does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 33bdw accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 33bdw aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for individual payment methods may vary and are outside 33bdw's direct control once a withdrawal has been submitted to the relevant payment provider.
33bdw reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting documentary verification of the payment method or additional identity documents. Where a withdrawal is held pending such verification, 33bdw will notify the relevant User by their registered contact method. Funds deposited to a 33bdw account must be used for betting or gaming on the Platform; depositing funds solely for the purpose of money transfer without placing bets is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. A withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeit of any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard processing procedures.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
33bdw may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses at 33bdw is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms.
- 33bdw reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a User's account, the unexpired value of that bonus at the time of withdrawal will be removed from the account balance.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. 33bdw actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated systems to exploit bonus terms, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
- Seasonal and event-specific promotions (for example, Eid bonus offers, BPL tournament promotions, IPL season specials) are governed by the specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
33bdw does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotional offer at any given time. Bonus availability may vary based on your account status, deposit history and any responsible gaming restrictions active on your account.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports bets placed on the 33bdw Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market at the time the bet is accepted. 33bdw reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being offered, 33bdw reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Bets on cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and bilateral series are subject to the relevant governing body's official results.
All casino games and crash games available on the 33bdw Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe and Microgaming. The rules of each individual game are governed by the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation software. 33bdw does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or crash game round, the Platform will attempt to preserve the game state; however, 33bdw accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues beyond the Platform's control.
If you believe a bet result or game outcome has been calculated or displayed incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of the relevant event or game session by contacting 33bdw support at [email protected]. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 33bdw will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of 33bdw on any dispute is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Responsible Gaming
33bdw is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and is not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Users to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their account settings. These tools are available to every registered account holder and can be activated or adjusted at any time.
Self-exclusion is available to any User who wishes to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected]. 9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 33bdw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person or a third party without their explicit, verified consent.
- Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent any Platform security measure.
- Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors on the Platform to obtain funds or advantages not intended by 33bdw. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided and may be reclaimed from the relevant account.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with 33bdw support or compliance teams.
33bdw employs fraud detection and anti-collusion systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in permanent account closure and legal action where warranted. 33bdw cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in connection with investigations involving the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 33bdw Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, and game assets provided by third-party providers, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content obtained from the Platform. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account suspension and legal proceedings.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bdw and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 33bdw has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 33bdw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
33bdw does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or connectivity issues beyond 33bdw's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 33bdw will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
12. Amendments to These Terms
33bdw reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material corrections, clarifications or updates may be made without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 33bdw Platform at 33bdw.app/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms as binding. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. If you registered with 33bdw before this date, these Terms apply to your account from the date they are published.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 33bdw Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 33bdw support should be raised in writing to [email protected]. 33bdw will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.
